. Secretary Monthly Meeting Notes . Below is a scan from my Secretaries Record. This journel is kept to record the meeting of our Holy Name Society chapter. Not every word is record, just the important facts. On some meetings, there are notes from committy reports. I do not record the excat dollars and cents from the Tresurers Report. If a member comments that I missed something from the previous meeting, I make a special note in the previous month to see the page number the comment was added. Most of the time, my secretary meeting notes take one page of the journel. Should a "special meeting" of the officers or Board of Directors occur, then I make a page just for that meeting. When new members are initiated, I make special note of their names. If a member passes away, I make a special note of that as well. I do appoligize for my terrible handwritting . . .
